These contracts are based upon per day lifting with a minimum of 15,000 Barrels per day with one year contract. The company which intend to buy the crude oil must have a refinery or a crude oil processing contract with a known refinery and an established credit line from a credit worthy bank acceptable to the oil producer and the crude oil supplier.

The role of Chem-Energy in this instance would be a broker and not take the position as a principal of the cargo.
