Munir H. Zaidi
Munir Zaidi,  Chairman of the board has more than 25  years of experience in finance  within Oil, steel, Electronics and light  manufacturing. Mr Zaidi is  Senior  Vice President Finance and CFO with BHP and VFO & Board Secretary of    Universal Metal Coating Limited. Previous to BHP, he  was Director of  Finance   with Exxon Mobil Petrochemicals, where he managed the  growth of the  business from $1.5   billion to $2.0 billion in annual revenue. Mr  Zaidi's  career also includes   executive positions at Mobil Oil Corporation,  General  Electric, Coca Cola and  PriceWaterhouseCooper. Mr Zaidi is a Chartered  Accountant and holds a Master   degree in Business Administration and  Accounting.He   holds the  position of  Chairman of the board at this time with Chem-Energy   Corporation .
